If the Freon refrigerant existing water, it will also speed up rusty of the metal parts. So the Freon in refrigerant system must go through a drying process, in order to remove the water inside. If the refrigerant dropped in some impurities, like dust and iron dust. When circulation, it is easy to jam the energy-saving hole in the expansion valve. So the refrigerant must be clean before get into the expansion valve. After entered into the Liquid Receivers, the drier filter installed in front of the expansion valve, can play a role in preventing ice plug and dirty blockage appearance
